1 Fill out and submit the Hire Form provided
2 We will contact you via your preferred means of contact within 24 hours. Alternatively you can simply call us on 0422 264 324 to arrange your hire.
3 Make a Deposit - A security deposit will be required within 14 days of making the booking to secure your wishing well. This deposit will be returned after the event by cheque or any other prefered method of payment. NB - By paying the deposit you have agreed to the terms and conditions provided with regards to this booking.
4 Payment - Final payment will be due via direct deposit, Cheque, money order or cash 10 days prior to hire date. Hiring costs range in price starting from just $50 depending on which Wishing Well you prefer for your special occasion. Please refer to our Gallery Page to view each wishing well and their hiring cost.
5 Delivery/Collection Costs - Range in price depending on your location, starting from just $20. Please ensure that you include your location details in the enquiry form or by any preferred means of communication.
Referral - We offer all of our clients' family and friends a 10% discount if they have been referred to us via a previous client.
Date Change - If you have secured your Wishing Well and unforeseen circumstances arise and you need to change the date of your hire we are more than happy to help you in finding a new suitable date with no penalties being incurred.
Numerous Hires - Do you want to hire a Wishing Well on more than one occasion? We gladly offer 20% off the second hire.
